We run groups both online and in person. Available groups can be found below and we will keep this page regularly updated.

*Each group will for run up to 2 hours (depending on the number of attendees)

𐠒These are our Welcome Space Wellbeing Groups. They are exactly the same format as our other peer support groups but were introduced as a response to the cost of living crisis.
