Community Access Support Service (CASS) is a charity that promotes better links between diverse communities and mental health services in Bristol. They have created resources for non-English-speaking people in the community about how to take care of their mental health. These resources are mainly directed at individuals from ethnic minorities who have been disproportionately impacted by Covid-19. These resources include videos highlighting the importance of taking care of wellbeing and mental health at this time alongside booklets to guide individuals towards achieving better mental health.
